Possible Cause
Power cord not connected
Lock off not fully operated
Blade cutter dull
Blade cutter has dent
Too much friction, due to lack of
lubricant
Machine defective

Internal wiring of machine damaged
On/Off switch defective

Possible Solution
Check power supply connection
Check that lock off is fully forward
prior to moving trigger
Have blade sharpened
Have blade inspected/ overhauled
Apply lubricant spray
