Machine Lubrication


When working with lubricants, observe the basic hygiene regulations and observe the environmental protection
regulations and laws.

Belt tension and replacement

Replace the V-belt with a new one
that the tension pulley tightens it almost to the opposite side of the belt.

Tensioning the drive belt

to the frame. You tension the drive belt and move the bolts
The drive belt ROP-115 is tensioned together with the rake belt.

Tensioning of the rake belt

According to Fig.6 : Loosen the nuts
of turns. Tighten the nuts 1 .

Drive belt replacement


If you are not sufficiently manually skilled, have the operations done by an authorized service centre.
