Observe basic fire precautions when working in a flammable environment:
Prior to commissioning, the operator must be acquainted with the instructions for use of both the machine itself and the
energy device, e.g. also in the field of fire safety.
The operator follows the instructions from both instructions manuals and takes care of the accessibility of fire
extinguishers according to generally applicable regulations.
Before starting work, the operator is obliged to check the fire safety of the machine. Correct identified deficiencies
immediately, the same applies if deficiencies occur during work.
The daily inspection must be monitored to avoid winding or clogging of machine parts with material.
Danger of friction, heating and ignition. Defects must be rectified daily - cleaning several times as required.
During work, maintenance and other activities around the machine, it is forbidden to smoke or handle open flames in the
immediate vicinity. Repairs requiring the use of open flame must be carried out with special precautions based on fire and
generally applicable regulations and extra care.
Lubricants that do not get inside the lubrication points, e. g. in the event of a drip or overfill, must be wiped off
immediately.
The operator must be acquainted with the generally applicable regulations in the field of fire safety and specific
peculiarities of local conditions.
