Working with the machine

2.5.2.1

Device transport

Transport the tedder using the single-axle semi-trailers. Driving the assembly of the propulsion unit, gearbox and
the tedder is prohibited on all roads; only perpendicular crossing of a road is allowed.
2.5.2.2

Driving the machine with the working mechanism switched off

Switching off the gearbox drive - see gearbox operating instructions
for short distances - push on the handlebars of the drive unit so that the tedder is at such a height that the rakes do not rub
against the ground
for longer distances - adjust the support wheels to such a height that the rakes do not rub against the ground.
2.5.2.3

Cut fodder spreading and turning

When working on slopes, it is best to ride along the slope contour lines. Pay attention to the maximum
permissible machine inclination of 10 °
It is forbidden to remove any protective devices and covers from the machines
Remove the windrow shield from the tedder. Adjust the support wheels so that the climber's rakes touch the ground. Depending on the
type and volume of the mowed forage, set the required engine speed for the rake belt to work as well as possible. When spreading, drive
so that the windrow lies between the support wheels.
2.5.2.4

Windrowing

When working on slopes, it is best to ride along the slope contour lines. Pay attention to the maximum
permissible machine inclination of 10 °
It is forbidden to remove any protective devices and covers from the machines
Put the windrow shield on the machine. The distance between the shield and the machine depends on the volume of the forage - it is
necessary to test and adjust it so that the machine delivers a quality windrow.
2.5.2.5

Raking off leaves, moss, etc.

When working on slopes, it is best to ride along the slope contour lines. Pay attention to the maximum
permissible machine inclination of 10 °
It is forbidden to remove any protective devices and covers from the machines
Adjust the support wheels in a position allowing the rakes to sweep through the vegetation with more force than when tedding. You can
rake off with or without a shield. When raking off with a shield and driving from the edge of the plot to the centre, you will create a
windrow (windrows) for easier loading of raked off leaves or moss.
When raking off moss, there is a greater resistance of the rakes, which makes the machine tending to turn.
2.5.2.6

Driving on a slope with OP-115R

When working on slopes, it is best to ride along the slope contour lines. Pay attention to the maximum permissible
machine inclination of 10 °
When driving on a slope with the OP-115R tedder connected to the small tractor RAPID REX, you can use the locking of the front support
wheels by means of a locking bar. For connection of the locking bar and additional weight - see Fig.7 .
It may happen, due to production tolerances or deformations arising during the machine operation, that it is not possible
to put the locking bar on the support wheel holders. Loosen the bolts holding the support wheel arms and move the arms
to sides, so that it is possible to put the locking bar freely on the support wheel holders.

Maintenance, Care, Storage

Owing to the weight of the machine, all maintenance and adjustment shall be performed by two people.
Perform maintenance, adjustment, cleaning and repairs on the machine only when the machine is at a standstill
with the spark plug cable disconnected and the gearbox drive switched off.
To secure a long-term satisfaction with our product, it is necessary to provide it with due care and maintenance. By providing regular
maintenance you will prevent its rapid wear and you will secure correct operation of all its parts.
Observe all instructions concerning maintenance and adjusting intervals. We recommend that you keep records of operating hours and
the conditions under which the machine is used (these may be useful for servicing centres). We recommend that you have the post-season
maintenance implemented by one of our authorized service centres; the same applies to standard maintenance if you are not certain of
your technical capabilities and possibilities.
Before every use, check the tightness of the screw connections and integrity of the cover.
