Machine Assembly

Ask your dealer to unpack the machine, assemble it and instruct you as part of the pre-sales service.
The assembly of the machine is solved by a separate manual.

Connection to gearbox DSK-316.1 - OP-115/145

The device may only be connected to the gearbox when the engine is turned off
Connecting the drive unit - see operating instructions for the drive unit
Also follow the operating instructions for the respective gearbox. The machine is designed to be driven by gearboxes with
switchable drive series DSK-316.1.
As per Fig.2 : Attach the plough to the gearbox on level and solid ground only. Adjust the tedder support leg so that the connecting
flange on the tedder

and the sleeve on the gearbox
forward so that the connecting flange slides into the sleeve and fold down lever
flange. Slide the support leg

Connection to the carrier RAPTOR Hydro – ROP-115
The device may only be connected to the multifunction carrier when the engine is turned off.
Also follow the operating instructions for the multifunction carrier.
As per Fig.4 : Attach the plough to the gearbox on level and solid ground only. Adjust the tedder support leg so that the connecting
frame on the tedder is horizontal. Loosen the M10x20
turns. Loosen the plastic wing nut
tensioning pulley of the adaptor V-belt
arms snap under the screws 1 in the rear brackets. Screw the M10x20 bolts with pin

. Reach into the area under the engine by hand and thread the V-belt 5 into the groove of the pulley 6 on the multifunction carrier.
Start to attach the V-belt always on the left side (i.e. tensioning pulley side). Check visually or by touch the correct fitting of the V-belt into
the pulley groove. Press on the plastic butterfly nut and slide the tensioning pulley inside until the nut fits into the groove in the side of the
frame moulding. Slide the pulley back to the end of the groove. Now firmly tighten the plastic butterfly nut.

Connection to the small tractor RAPID REX - OP-115R
The device may only be connected to the gearbox when the engine is turned off
Also follow the operating instructions for the use of the RAPID REX small tractor.
As per Fig.3 : Attach the plough to the gearbox on level and solid ground only. Adjust the tedder support leg so that the connecting
flange on the tedder
1
and the sleeve on the gearbox
so that it aims up. Move the small tractor forward so that the connecting flange of the tedder slides into the sleeve. Flip the locking lever on
the gearbox drive sleeve to the right so that it aims down. The locking pin must snap into the oval hole of the connecting flange of the
tedder. Slide the support leg
