LBR 1506 VRA
 Pipes are machined between the two rollers.
 The angle of contact and the stock removal
rate can be varied by the contact pressure.
 The removal rate can also be varied
by adjusting the sanding belt tension
via the spring pretension.
To do this, use the adjusting screw
on the upper side of the rocker arm.
The power tool can be used for pipe
diameters between 10 mm and 250 mm.
 Use the front contact roller for large
pipe diameters, high removal rates
or for grinding weld seams.
 Lock the front contact roller for this:
– Press rocker arm all the way forwards
so that the locking pin fits into the
designated bore (1.).
– Press locking pin (2.) and rotate by 90°
(3.).
Overload protection
If an extremely brief overload occurs, the over-
load protection prevents damage to the motor
by automatically switching the device off.
Sealing the surface
Many manufacturers recommend sealing
finished surfaces with a protective spray
(see Flex stainless steel accessories).

When the power tool is being used, the carbon
brushes can be seen sparking through the rear
air inlet apertures.
If the carbon brushes are sparking excessively,
switch off the electric power tool immediately.
Take your electric power tool to a customer
service centre authorised by the manufacturer.
