  • Page 2 Kombinationsmöglichkeiten Motor - Pumpe Motoren und Pumpen nur in folgenden Kombinationen verwenden. Motor nicht im explosionsgefährdeten Bereich verwenden. Pumpe nicht für brennbare Flüssigkeiten verwenden. Im explosionsgefährdeten Bereich nur explosionsgeschützte Elektromotoren mit Zulassung für ZONE 1 oder Druckluftmotoren verwenden. Beim Fördern brennbarer Flüssigkeiten nur Pumpen mit Zulassung für ZONE 0 verwenden.

Es ist darauf zu achten, daß dadurch bedingte Zündgefahren nicht auftreten. l Wenn die Mischöffnungen beim Pumpen oder Mischen sich oberhalb des Flüssigkeitsspiegels befinden, besteht Spritzgefahr.
  • Page 10 Reinigung nach jeder Benutzung Die Pumpe mit einem geeigneten Reinigungsmittel durchspülen. l Pumpe nur bis zum Auslaufstutzen in das Reinigungsmittel tauchen. l Pumpe und Schlauch müssen gegenüber dem Reinigungsmittel beständig sein. l Keine brennbaren Flüssigkeiten verwenden. l Bei Gegendruck den Motor nicht abnehmen. Zuerst die Abfüllarmaturen entleeren.

    Safety Instructions l Only use the pump for its intended purpose. l Never leave the pump unattended. l The pump has to be used in vertical position only. l When pumping liquids which contain solid particles in suspension, a suction strainer must be used. l Install the pump in a way which ensures that it cannot fall into the container.

Make sure that any ignition risk will be eliminated. l When, during pumping and mixing operations, the mixing openings are above the liquid level, there is a risk of splash.
  • Page 20 Cleaning after each operation Clean the pump by flushing a appropriate cleaning agent. l The pump should not be immersed into the cleaning agent higher than the outlet connection. l Pump and hose must be compatible with the cleaning agent. l Do not use flammable liquids to clean the pump or motor.

( Sens de rotation suivant la flèche sur le moteur ) Utilisation mobile des moteurs triphasés: l Avant de brancher le moteur, positionner l'interrupteur...

    Nettoyage après chaque utilisation Rincer la pompe à l'aide d'un liquide neutralisant. l Ne plonger la pompe dans le liquide de nettoyage que jusqu'à la tubulure d'écoulement. l Veiller à ce que les matériaux de la pompe et du tuyau flexible soient compatibles avec le liquide de nettoyage.
