The connection status of the ŠKODA Connect online
services is indicated by an icon in the status bar on
the Infotainment screen.

At the same time the symbol of the data con-
nection type can be displayed.
The ŠKODA Connect online services are not

available.
Localisation services are restricted or disabled.

Detailed information about the online services
can be displayed in the online services manage-
ment.
Localisation services are enabled.

Detailed information about the online services
can be displayed in the online services manage-
ment.
Conditions
✓ A user with active ŠKODA Connect services is
registered in Infotainment.
✓ The ŠKODA Connect services are available.

Tap Privacy settings and manage services .
Show details of services
›
Select the desired service from the list of online
services.
The details of the service may contain the following
information and functions.
Status of the service.

Reason why a service is unavailable or who turned

it off.
Name of the group of online services in which the

respective service is contained.
Expiry date of the service's validity.
▶
Switch use of the activation word on/off.
▶

Select the desired service from the list of online
services displayed.

Switch the desired service on / off.
The use of the service applies to all user ac-
counts. The service can only be used if it is available.

Switch Care Connect function on / off
By switching the Care Connectservices off, the serv-
ices relating to sending vehicle information and per-
sonal data, which are essential for the provision of
online services Care Connect, are deactivated.

To turn off the Care Connect services, select the
following menu.
ŠKODA Connect (online services) Services management Care
Connect.
Or:
ŠKODA Connect (online services) Services management
Care Connect.
After switching off the function Care Connect
the call functions can be used as follows.
The emergency call remains fully functional.

Information and breakdown calls are restricted.
▶
Switch Infotainment Online function on / off
By switching off the Infotainment Online services,
the services in relation to the provision of online
services Infotainment Online are switched off.

To turn off the Infotainment Online services, select
the following menu.
ŠKODA Connect (online services) Services management Info-
tainment Online.
Or:

Switch online services on/off
It is possible to have the online services switched
off/on exclusively by a ŠKODA service partner.
After turning off the online services, none of the
ŠKODA Connect online services, including the
emergency calls are functioning.
