Montage FMP-S Vakuumventil / Installing the vacuum valve for the FMP-S

Zur einfachen Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten kann das
im Flächensauggreifer FMP-S integrierte Vakuumventil
ausgebaut werden.

Ausbau Vakuumventil
- 4x Befestigungsschrauben (4) sowie Schlauchstutzen
(2) entfernen.
- 4x Befestigungsschrauben (6) am
Funktionsenddeckel (7) entfernen, Schaum unterhalb
des Deckels lösen, Vakuumventil (3) herausziehen.
Optional:
- Filtersieb (5) zur Reinigung aus Greiferprofil
herausnehmen

To make it easier to perform maintenance work, the
integrated vacuum valve in the area gripper FMP-S can be
removed.

Functional vacuum valve end cover
Disassembling the vacuum valve
- Remove the 4 fastening screws (4) and hose connector
(2).
- Remove the 4 fastening screws (6) on the functional end
cover (7), loosen the foam below the cover and pull out
the vacuum valve (3).
Optional:
- Remove the filter screen (5) for cleaning the gripper
profile
