3. Service

In case of any necessary service for all clearaudio products should be done by authorized personal
only.
In case of any repair, the clearaudio Emotion-CMB needs to be send to your nearest authorized
dealer or directly to the clearaudio factory:
Send / ship the Emotion-CMB always and only in the original packing!
Please pack the CMB-bearing very carefully to provide any damages of the axis!
Only in the original packing clearaudio can provide the warranty.

4. Special directions

Only if the product is returned in it's original packing clearaudio can provide the warranty of 3
years.
Transportation advice: If any transportation of the Emotion-CMB should be necessary, please always
be carefull to avoid any damages to the axis.
Please use the original packing!
About two years you can lubricate (but only if you recognize speed variations) the bearing of the
turntable with the clearaudio full synthetic bearing oil (Art. Nr. AC068). In this case it is enough to
put 2 or 3 drops of the oil into bearing.
Important:
Avoid any contact with cardiac pacemaker!
Avoid any contact with any credit cards!
