3-1 Threading Wire
(4) Cut wire below wire tension pawl.
(5) Feed wire into wire lead-in hole in the
bottom of plate.
(6) Push grip spring to the left to open grip.
(7) Place a set of sheets under stitching head
and press single stitch button to check if
wire is correctly threaded.
CAUTION
- Do not operate the stitching head with
no sheets placed under the stitching
head.
- Avoid driving a stitch on top of an-
other stitch. This may cause the stitch-
ing head to be damaged.
(8) When stitching head does not work cor-
rectly, check that clincher and wire
straightener are set up properly, and wire is
threaded properly, and also examine if wire
buckles or cracks.
