2-4 Corner Stitching Operations

Single stitch can be made at a corner of the
sheet. Refer to the operation procedure "2-1
Stitching and Folding Operation" (P.14) for
general information. The corner stitching
operation set up procedure is specified below.
WARNING
Be sure to unplug the power cord when
the stitcher section is set up.
(1) Replace side guide (Drive Side) to corner
stitch guide.
(2) Move the drive side of stitcher head and
clincher all way to the drive side of the
machine.
(3) Turn the stitcher handwheel to locate the
driver slide at top of it stroke.
(4) Loosen the stitching head locking lever and
install the stitcher release plate behind the
stitcher head.
Then fasten the locking lever.
CAUTION
Be sure to set the driver slide in the slot
of the driver span when resetting the
stitcher head.
