ON/ STANDBY
1 ON / STAN DBY key
Press to turn on/off(STANDBY) the pow er.
2 ACTIVE RECEPTION key (KTF-3010 only)
Press to obtain the optimum reception con-
ditions for the signals being received.
3 IF BAN D key (KTF-3010 only) (available for
the FM band only)
Press to sw itch the intermediate frequency
pass band betw een WIDE (w ide band) and
NARROW (narrow band).
4 RF ATT key (KTF-3010 only)
Press to minimize the RF reciprocal modula-
tion and mixed modulation distortion w hen
there is an adjacent channel w ith strong ra-
dio w aves.
STANDBY mode of POW ER sw itch
When the pow er cord of this unit is plugged into an AC outlet, the STAN DBY indicator lights up w hile the pow er is off. This indicates that a small amount
of current is being supplied to the unit to back up the memory contents even w hen the pow er is turned off.
