Solution
Replace capacitor.
Replace motor.
Replace motor.

Connect the wires as per the electric
diagram.
Take down the outlet and seal with glue.
Take U-shaped section down and seal
with soap or paint.
Replace the blade.
Fasten the motor tightly.
Fixed the range hood tightly.
Readjust the distance.
Choose a new place to install the
appliance or close some doors / windows.
Tighten the xing screw and make it
horizontal.
Tighten the hanging screw and make it
horizontal.
