CONTROLLER BOX

 Choose a location that is easily accessible, close to the pump timer, far apart 2 meters maximum from
the chlorinator cell. Install the controller box vertically, far enough away from the pool to comply with
the regulatory distance in force in your country. Do not cover.
 Beforehand, turn off the differential circuit breaker. Controller must be permanently connected to the
pump timer by enslaving to the pump timer. Do not use an extension cord. Do not plug the device
into an electric power outlet. Ensure that the controller box
pump stops.
Any contact between the controller box and the water can pull a risk of electrocution

ACCESSORIES

 Position the first saddle in the middle of the horizontal pipe with a minimum length of 40 cm. Align the hole
facing upwards. Mark and then drill the pipe. Mount the probe holder on the support collar using Teflon.
 Remove the rubber protector from the pH probe, then mount it on the probe holder. Ensure that it is not
flush against the pipe.
 Connect the cable of the pH sensor (BNC connector) to the base of the electronics box. Move it away from
any other electrical cables to prevent electromagnetic interference that may distort the measurements.
 Position the second saddle after the first. Preferably align the hole facing downwards. Mark and then drill
the pipe. Mount the injection fitting ½" on the support collar using Teflon. The injection fitting should be as
close as possible to the discharge into the pool.
 Connect the suction strainer to the pH pump using a part of the hose provided. Follow the direction of the
arrows shown on the hood of the pH pump.
 Connect the output of the pH pump to the injection fitting using the rest of the hose provided.

CHLORINATOR CELL

 Install the cell horizontally and after, any other device of treatment, cleaning or heating (just before the
water jet).
 The cell mounting in by pass is recommended if we want facilitate maintenance operatings.
On line cell
 Use if necessary the supplied reducers.
 With sandpaper, you have to abrade pipe and jointing parts.
 Apply silicon grease on cell seals
