MAINTENANCE NOTICE DISASSEMBLING THE EBC BUTTERFLY VALVE Remove the valve nuts [11] and fastening screws [1], separate the mounting flanges [2] and the welded ends [3]. Remove the valve O ring seals [10], the screws [4] then the two ½ bodies [9] take off Take off the wearing rings [6] and remove the butterfly disc [8] from the seal [7].
MAINTENANCE NOTICE Remove the trigger grip assembly [19] from the hub [23] (right or left). 1.5.2 DPX1 micrometric adjustment: Remove screw [41] then slightly unscrew the control handle assembly [32] [33] and remove the drive wheel [40], unscrew the lock screw [35] pull the operating handle [32] [33] from the body [36].
