3.2 McTi-8R (Ring-Trip) Connection

An analog connection from the McTi-8R board(s) to the telco is made via the male
50-pin connectors on the exterior backplane. The McIAS 1607 and 1685 analog
interface connectors are identified as J3 and J4 which together handle a maximum
of 8 channels. The McIAS 1610 connectors are J3, J4, J6 and J7 which together
handle up to 24 channels. (An optional analog connector block can be used to make
a connection from the backplane connectors to the telco end.)
