Resolved Issues

Version 9.0.0.23 of the Avaya XT Series includes resolved issues from previous GA version 8.3.7.51
(Solution 8.3.7, December 2016). It also includes several fixes for translations in different languages,
not listed here.

Description of Issue
Removed HTTP NAT "Auto discovery" feature, no longer working due to discontinued Radvision site redirection to
Avaya
Fixed an issue where the XT SIP DNS queries include wrong search when the DHCP is enabled
The DNS SRV resolution of H.323 URI dialing calls now falls back to secondary SRV records when the first one does
not respond to TCP 1720 socket request
Fixed an issue where some remote directory entries got from the Polycom CMA were not shown correctly
Layouts/ hold layouts now works in local presentation mode for any XT, not only XTE personal/shared
[1-5BZL91Z]Fixed an issue where a MAC Mouse was not able to control XTE240
In this build the XT will use the information provided by Avaya Equinox® Management to guess if it
should join a meeting as H323 endpoint or as a SIP endpoint (according to the preference specified
when managing the endpoint). If the preference is not available or the protocol is disabled in XT, the XT
will use the default protocol or the last used one.
The web interface now blocks the use of Unicode strings where not allowed.
Fixed an issue where Polycom DMA GK disconnects the call receiving from XT a wrong IRR to its (call
related) IRQ message
Fixed an issue where reset does not work for customized WEB images via WEB
Fixed an issue where after a BW limitation the actual rate did not return to the nominal bitrate when
using NetSense.
Fixed an issue where the first XT RTCP RR reports could contain wrong jitter values.
Aligned the web interface for the "Hide Presentation Icon" field.
Fixed an issue where SIP IPv6 TCP call between an XT and a Cisco system does not establish.
XT doesn't get IP address setting incorrect VLAN tag and then the correct one.
Fixed an issue where the physical link does not establishes setting both Cisco Switch C2960 version
12.2(44) and XT in Manual for speed and duplex. The fix also applies to other switches which disable
auto MDI/MDI-X when forced to Manual settings.
Fixed an XT7000 issue where video quality is not acceptable at 128K in H.265 240p
Fixed an XT7000 issue where with digital audio echo cancelled enabled and digital audio connected the
POD doesn't work.
Fixed an issue where PC input 1080p XT output 720p gave bad scaling
Fixed an issue using the "Portion Of Screen Presentation" feature
[XT7000] In the MCU -SIP - the icon of remote microphone did not work correctly
[XT7000] 1080p disable setting was not used in H.265
The values for "Gatekeeper Address Mode" in web interface now are the same as the ones in GUI
SIP TX/RX calls now works also if local "User" sip field contains a "?".
XT CS package web UI now shows that the CS package is not the latest and the user should press the Create button
to generate new
