Positioning the rpm sensor

In the event the rpm sensor is malfunctioning or
needs replacing, check/reset its position inside
the fan motor cover.
WARNING
To adjust, proceed as follows:
 loosen the screws 3) and rest the sensor against the plate of
the disc 2);
 referring to the scale 4) draw back the rpm sensor by about
a notch so that there is a distance of about 2 mm from the
disc plate 2).

Opening the burner

Turn off the burner's electrical supply using the
main system switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.
 Remove the tie-rod 1)(Fig. 40) of the head movement lever,
undoing the nut 2).
 Disconnect the socket 4) of the gas servomotor.
 Remove the screws 3).
 At this point, it is possible to open the burner on the hinge.
7.4

Closing the burner

Refit following the steps described but in reverse order; refit all
burner components as they were originally assembled.
Carry out all maintenance work and mount the
casing again.
