    OPERATION Troubleshooting Problem The shade does not roll up, or it rolls too slowly. Solution Check that the shade is being raised straight up and is not skewing the fabric against the cassette end plate or profile side holder. If this is not the case, you can adjust by: Adding Spring Tension Locate the adjustable bracket or end cap.
