Equipment requirement

After unpacking this switch, check the contents to be that sure you have received all the
components. Then, before beginning the installation, be sure that you have all other necessary
installation equipment.

Package contents

The package contents for ERS 3510GT and ERS 3510GT-PWR+ are different from the other switch
models in the series. See the following table for details:

Rack-mounting hardware that includes:
• Rack-mount brackets (2)
• Screws to attach brackets to the switch (8)
• Screws to attach the switch to the equipment rack
(2x4)
AC power cord
Note:
Power cord is not included for the A variant of
the switch
Base Software License Kit
Note:
Ensure to order Direct Attach cables and SFP or SFP+ Transceivers if required.
Optional rack-mounting equipment
If you plan to rack-mount the switch, ensure the following equipment is available:
