5. TOOL OPERATION 5.1 STARTING THE TOOL Trigger Reverse Lever 1. Set reverse lever to R for RIGHT or L for LEFT. 2. Squeeze Trigger • Speed increases in 3 steps as you squeeze trigger (both right and left). • Release finger from trigger, and UBX will brake to stop the operation.

Incomplete Job Detection (Premature Trigger Off) UBX-T displays an incomplete job error if the tool is switched off before automatic shut-off. 1. Squeeze trigger of UBX, and the LED will light orange. Release the trigger before automatic shut-off, and the LED will light red about 3 sec.

5.5 FACTORS THAT CAN AFFECT HANDLING TORQUE 1. Working conditions Fastening torque can vary even for bolts of the same diameter. The transmitted torque can change depending on bolt grade, length, coefficient determined by bolt quality/work condition, condition of bolt seating, and distance between fasteners. Torque transmission can also be affected if the bolt and nut rotate together even after fastening.
