Disassembly/ Assembly
ASSEMBLING
1
Fit two pins of Oil pump complete into the cavities
of Gear housing.

Tighten Oil pump complete with Tapping screws
4x18.
Note:
If the Ball bearing was blown out, assemble the
Ball bearing in the Gear housing.

Assemble Bearing housing to Gear housing.

Assemble Motor housing to Gear housing.
5
Fit and tighten the four Tapping screws 5X25.
6
Assemble the Carbon brushes and Brush holder
caps on the machine.
