Securing the burner to the boiler

Prepare a suitable lifting system using the rings 3)
after having removed the casing 1) unscrewing
screws 2)(Fig. 14).
 Insert the thermal protection supplied with the blast tube 4).
 Fit the entire burner onto the boiler hole, prepared previously,
as in Fig. 14, and fasten with the screws supplied.

Access to head internal part

In order to reach inside the combustion head (Fig. 15) proceed as
follows:
 Disconnect the derivation unit socket 1);
 Disconnect the servomotor socket 2);
 Unscrew the fixing screws 5) of the manifold;
 Open the burner on hinge;
 Open partially of about 5.90 inch
 Disconnect the cable of pilot electrode 6);
 Open the burner;
 Release the ignition pilot fitting 7);

Installation
The seal between burner and boiler must be air-
tight.

 Disconnect the oil pipe 8) and the air pipe 9);
 Unscrew the lockout screw 10) of oil/air lance 10);
 Extract the oil/air lance from the combustion head 11);
 Remove the combustion head 11) from the pipe coupling.
 To close, repeat the procedure in reverse order.
Be careful as fuel may leak during this phase.
