3.20 REMOVAL OF MAIN PCB

1. Refer to Section 2.32.
2. Isolate the electrical supply to the boiler and fully
isolate the boiler from any external supply.
3. Remove the upper front panel and put the control
panel into the service position. Refer to Section 3.2.
4. Fit the earth strap provided with the spare PCB to
your wrist and to a suitable earthed metal.
5. Remove the PELV harness from the securing clips
located on the rear of the control box cover
6. Pull off all of the main PCB connectors.
7. Remove the 4 PCB retaining screws.
8. Fit new PCB, refit in reverse order and refer to
Replacement PCB Instructions.
9. Check the operation of the boiler. Refer to Section
2.32.

3.21 REMOVAL OF SYSTEM MANAGER

1. Refer to Section 2.32.
2. Isolate the electrical supply to the boiler and fully
isolate the boiler from any external supply.
3. Remove the upper front panel and put the control
panel into the service position. Refer to Section
3.2.
4. Fit the earth strap provided with the spare PCB to
your wrist and to a suitable earthed metal.
5. The System Manager is fitted beneath the main
PCB. To access follow points 5 - 7 in Section 3.21.
6. With access to the System Manager, remove the
electrical connections
7. Remove the six retaining screws.
8. Replace with new system manager, refit in reverse
order and refer to System Manager Replacement
Instructions.
9. Check the operation of the boiler. Refer to Section 2.32.
