server inside the system, while
some IP addresses do respond

If the System Status LED is

amber and is scrolling an
error code, follow the
directions under symptom
C.
If System Status LED is

blue, continue with
network problems,
proceed to symptom C.
Verify the instructions

from symptom A were
completed.
This is an HA path. If none

of the networks assigned
to a server responds to a
Ping, replace the server.
Recommended Actions
Swap the cables at the
1
server and switch. If the
failure swaps ports,
replace the cable.
If possible, swap switch
2
ports for the server at the
switch. If the network
responds to ping, replace
the switch.
If it does not ping, replace
3
the server.
