When "Avaya Collaboration Services"
add-ins in Outlook is activated, email files
(.msg) can only be open once. When file
opened second time user can see
ADCE-2916
warning message "Cannot open file. The
file may not exist, you may not have
permission to open it, or it may be open
in another program."
The reminder count in the status bar is
ADCE-2064 not reset to 0 when user clicks dismiss all
reminders.
Collaboration Services can be installed
successfully with wrong parameter – this
ADCE-2690
can cause confusion to end user that
installation may potentially be incorrect.
When using Install Shield to install
ADCE-2863 Collaboration Service, the installation
alert window is hidden.

Work around
1. Disable CS reminders in
registry or disable CS add-in in
Outlook and dismiss all the old
reminders. Then enable CS
reminders in registry or enable
add-in in Outlook.

disable CCE reminder window by
setting registry value
