Configuring advanced settings

About this task
The Diagnostic Logging button in the Advanced screen enables you to report an issue you are
facing and send the log files to the Avaya one-X
technical support team uses these log files to find the cause of the problem faced by you.
Procedure
1. Click Advanced in the left pane of the General Settings window.
2. Click Diagnostic Logging.
3. Select the Enable Diagnostic Logging check box and select an option that relates
4. Execute the scenario where you have observed the problem and try to reproduce
5. Click Send log files now.
