Configuring preferences settings

Procedure
1. Click Preferences in the left pane of the General Settings window.
2. Select a Language for the interface from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the Display alerts for incoming calls check box if required.
4. Select the Automatically login if possible when application restarts check box
5. Select the Run Avaya one-X Communicator automatically when I log on to
6. Under Desktop Integration, clear the check box in which you do not want dialable
7. For Name Look-Up, select from the following options, as required.
