SEGMENT OPTION GENERATOR

4.1 SOG6008 Outline

With the 4-bit single-chip S1C60N08 microcomputers,
the customer may select the LCD segment options. By
modifying the mask patterns of the S1C60N08
according to the selected options, the system can be
customized to meet the specifications of the target
system.
The Segment Option Generator SOG6008 is a software
tool for generating data file used to generate mask
patterns. From the data file created with SOG6008, the
S1C60N08 mask pattern is automatically generated by a
general purpose computer.
The HEX file for the evaluation board (S5U1C60N08E)
segment option ROM is simultaneously generated with
the data file.
The operating method is same as for the S1C62 Family. Refer to the "S1C62 Family Development
Tool Reference Manual" for details.
