ROUND ANDLING
To obtain a minimum radius turn during ground handling, the airplane
may be rotated around either main landing gear by pressing down on the
fuselage just forward of the horizontal stabilizer to raise the nose wheel off
the ground.

Taxiing

Before attempting to taxi the airplane, ground personnel should be
instructed and authorized by the owner to taxi the airplane. Instruction
should include engine starting and shutdown procedures in addition to taxi
and steering techniques.
