The modular system and the various options available allow the make-up of dishwashing machines with the most appropriate features in order to meet your production, space saving and energy-saving requirements.

3 – TRANSPORT AND HANDLING OF THE MACHINE Warning!: during handling operations, accidents caused by collisions and entangling in the machine during handling operations may occur. 3.1 TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING Transport of the machine is performed using trucks or containers. Packaging includes wooden crates or, in the case of small machines, no packaging is necessary except for a protective film.

3.3 UNPACKING AND DELIVERY CHECKS When the case with the machine has been received, unpack it as follows: The machine may be sent in various modules. In this case remove their packaging. 3.5 PROTECTION OF DANGEROUS AREAS OF THE MACHINE The internal components of the machine are protected by external, upper and lower panels that limit access to moving parts. These panels can be removed for assembly and maintenance operations. They are fixed using screws. The drawings below highlight the points to be considered as dangerous during the installation phase and that attention should be paid to.

4 – ASSEMBLY OF THE MACHINE Warning! During the module alignment operation, be very careful of the danger of squashing of the limbs! The assembly and storage area of the machine should be protected against frost. Assembly of the plant in environmental and temperature conditions below 0°C may result in damages to elements that transfer water (pumps, solenoid valves etc.) In the working area and location of the plant, allow for a non-slip floor and sized according to hold the weight.

b) Spread the sealant (silicone supplied by the manufacturer) onto the gasket already predisposed on the head of one of the modules to be joined, making sure that you have previously checked to make sure that the surfaces are clean and free of rough parts. 4.3 Hydraulic and electric connections during the module assembly phase Warning! Below are some examples of hydraulic and electric connections to be completed during assembly of the machine. Always refer to the photographs attached to the file of machine assembly. a) Connect the tanks of the various modules, wherever necessary, between them and the existing tube.

d) Connect the pressure switch as illustrated in the photograph using a special tool (not provided). e) Connect the electric cables of the control panel according to the electrical layout attached and according to the following photographs. Place the bundle of cables on the rear bottom of the base (e1) and subsequently pass them through one of the cable ducts of the electrical box (e2).

Connect each single cable to the terminal, referring to the numbers indicated on the cables. Example: remove the red cable 520 on the terminal (e4) and replace them with the corresponding cable 520 of the bundle (e5-e6).

4.4 Final levelling of the machine Once assembly of the machine has been completed as shown in the installation drawing attached, place it once and for all in the chosen area, levelling it by regulating the supporting feet. Use a spirit level to check correct levelling. Perform good levelling of the machine to allow for its correct operation.
5 – DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE 5.1 General description The rack conveyor dishwashers of the MATIC-M-MA range are suitable for washing of all kinds of dishes and are built according to modern technology principles. Structure frame, body work, panels and the majority of the components are made from stainless steel.

5.2 Use of the dishwasher The dishwasher may only be used for its specific use. The dishwasher should only be used to wash dishes (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and similar), trays and common utensils of the kitchen. Other objects, such as plastic boxes or special objects will be permitted prior to confirmation by the manufacturer who will study special mechanisms for correct washing of special objects.
