4. Carefully remove the 2 screws, the air filter holder
(A), and the gasket (B).
CAUTION: The carburetor can fall off the
product when you remove the 2 screws.
Hold the carburetor when you remove the
screws and the air filter holder.
5. Remove the 2 screws (C) and the throttle cable
cover (D).

6. Disconnect the throttle cable (E) from the throttle
lever (F).
7. Remove the carburetor and the gasket (G).

8. Make a note of how the fuel hoses (H) and (I) are
connected.
9. Disconnect the fuel hoses and remove the
carburetor.
10. Install in the opposite sequence.
7.9.2 To disassemble and assemble the carburetor
1. Remove the carburetor. Refer to
install the carburetor on page 23 .
2. Remove the 4 screws (A), the plate (B), and the air
purge bulb (C).
3. Remove the valve housing (D).
4. Remove the diaphragm (E) and the diaphragm
gasket (F) from the valve housing.
5. Remove the screw (G), the needle valve lever (H)
and the needle valve (I).
