Troubleshooting Tip
Make sure the Follower's smart
device has Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, or LTE
Internet connection. The Follower
can check to see if the Internet
connection is working by trying to
open a web page on the Follower's
smart device.
Troubleshooting
Not applicable.
The Sharer should make
sure:
• There is a glucose value
on the smart device.
• Transmitter is in range of
the smart device.
• Tap on blue "?" to
learn more about how to
troubleshoot this issue.
• The Sharer should allow
up to 10 minutes for their
status to turn green and
a green check mark to
appear.
If the Sharer continues to
see this, the Sharer should
turn off Share and then turn
it back on.
