Remove the two positioning bolts
(A). Free the clevis attached to
the mechanical interlock arm.
See Figure 8 on Page 6. Save
all hardware.

Disconnect the auxiliary contact
terminal blocks (H) on the
isolating switch.

Remove three power circuit fuses
(B) using the fuse puller (K)
supplied. See operating
instructions inside medium-
voltage door (C).

Remove contactor (E) with a
sharp pull forward.

Separate the contactor side of the
control wires from the terminal
block (D).

Part way out the contactor will
reach a balanced position. Lower
the contactor to the floor and slide
it out of the way. The contactor
weighs approximately 160 lbs. (73
kilograms). If a contactor is
installed in an upper compartment,
an industrial lift with a platform is
necessary.
