- the delivery kit should be completed as stated in Table 3.1;
- labeling should be accurate;
- QCD seals should not be violated;
- the dosimeter should be free from mechanical damage that may affect its
performance.
5.2.7.1.2 If the requirements in 5.2.7.1.1 are satisfied, proceed to the next
verification operation.
5.2.7.1.3 If the delivery kit is not completed as stated in Table 3.1,
verification should be stopped until the delivery kit is complete.
5.2.7.1.4 If labeling and sealing requirements are not satisfied, and the
dosimeter bears the signs of mechanical damages that affect its performance, it
can not be verified and should be sent for repair.
5.2.7.2 Testing
5.2.7.2.1 Perform operations stated in item 4.2.4.
5.2.7.2.1.1 If all operations stated in 4.2.3 are performed, proceed to the
next test operation.
