4. If replacing the lamp, carefully remove the lamp from the lamp holder, unscrew and detach the two
connection wires from the lamp base.
5. Carefully attach the two connection wires onto the base of the new lamp and tighten the screws again.
Insert the new lamp into the lamp holder. Please make sure that the new lamp is in the same position as
the old lamp before closing the device.
6. Replace the lamp system in the housing and tighten the fixation screws.
7. Replace the projector head cover and tighten the screws.
If necessary, you can manually center the "hot spot" (the brightest part of the light beam) by turning the lamp
adjustment screw with a suitable screwdriver (see graphic 2).
Attention: Please note, the OSD 10 Reflector 280W discharge lamp is not a hot-restrike type. You must wait
approximately 10 minutes before you can attempt to strike the lamp once it has been turned off!
2. Unscrew the four fixation screws of the lamp
system and carefully remove the cover from the housing.
3. Unscrew the fixation screws of the lamp holder and
remove the lamp holder.
