6. Security Setting for PCPro

For the secure operation of PCPro, the following settings are recommended. For the detail, see "Various Settings
of PCPro".
• User Account Setting
Set the user ID and password on the connected system. This setting can restrict third person from using the
system.
• Login Grade Setting
Set an availability on the user account for executing each command. The user account with this setting is
restricted from using commands.

7. Exiting PCPro

To exit PCPro, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Perform either of the following procedures:
• On the Main Menu, click [File] > [Exit] in this order.
• Click the [Exit] icon on the toolbar.
• Click [x] (Close) button in the upper right corner of the [PCPro] window.
The [PCPro] window closes. If a communication link to the Telephony Server is in existence, the [Disconnect]
dialog box is displayed. Clear the connection.
