2.2 Operating Conditions

• Internet access is required to connect to the Software License Authentication Center (Web Server).
• Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.0 must be installed on the PC to use PCPro. If .NET Framework 2.0
is not installed on the PC, it will be installed automatically when PCPro is installed.
• The following applications cannot be installed on the same PC with the PCPro. Therefore, before installing
the PCPro, uninstall the following applications if installed on the PC. Also, be sure not to install the fol-
lowing applications to the PC on which the PCPro is installed.
- Windows MAT
- Off-Line MAT (Command/Loader)
- RMAT
- CMAT
- FCCS MAT
• Only the login user to the Windows who has the administrator rights can install and use the PCPro.

3. Conditions for Operating PCPro

1. While launching or operating PCPro, other application must not be launched.
2. Disable the power management of PC.
3. A maximum of four PCPro are available for serial connection in the same system. However, same com-
mand cannot be used on multiple PCPro.
4. A maximum of 16 PCPro are available for TCP/IP connection in the same system. However, using other
application than PCPro in the TCP/IP connection may decrease the maximum number.
5. While one PCPro is executing the data backup, other PCPro cannot use any command in the system.
6. When using PCPro, each log file accumulated in the PC can be deleted from the main memu [Log\All
Logs Management].
7. Be sure not to delete or change the folder where the PCPro is installed, including the folders under the
folder.
8. To take over the PBX alias information of Windows MAT to PCPro, follow the procedure below.
- Before uninstalling Windows MAT, back up the [
