22. Technical service

For any problems, fault or breakage please inform immediately the authorized dealer supplying the following indications:
a) model
b) serial number
c) fault description
d) any reference or order number, if available, recorded on the order form.
Every component of the wheelchair is available as spare part.

23. Warranty terms

o The wheelchair is guaranteed for 3 (three) years from the delivery date.
o The label showing the serial number, the manufacturer address and the CE symbol cannot be removed for any reason to
preserve the warranty validity.
o Parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty, unless wear is caused by evident manufacturing
fault.
o During the warranty period OFFCARR may proceed at its own discretion to change or to repair the faulty parts.
o The warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, carelessness, misuse or by incorrect maintenance performed by
non-authorized personnel.
o The warranty does not cover damage due to the transport. The forwarder company is the only responsible, therefore inform
both the forwarder company and OFFCARR if any damage occurred during transport.
o The warranty does not cover injury or any other damage to people or goods connected to a wheelchair malfunctioning.
