8-7 SIT PROTECTION (-08)
SIT PROTECTION i s a function to protect SIT tube fro■ the excessive incident
light.
W h e n the excessive incident light beyond 1.3 times as much as normal amount
of light (VIDEO OUT 1Vp-p) i s in, the high voltage supplied to SIT is shut
down and protect SIT tube.
This time, red LED lights on. And, i t indicates that protection circuit i s
working.
In case of cancelling the protection circuit, r e -power the power switch on.
CAUTION)
',After powering on, for over ten seconds, the high voltage i s not supplied
to SIT and the picture does not show up on the monitor screen.
.When AGC i s used, the function of SIT PROTECTION does not work.
.When ASC (option) i s used, the function of SIT PROTECTION does not work.
