Insert the male connector of the camera cable into the female receptacle
at the rear of the CCU and the female connector of the cable to the
camera head. Tighten the threaded rings around the connector.
Connect the BNC(small) end of the monitor cable to the VIDEO OUT con-
nector(1 or 2) a t the rear of the CCU. Rotate the connector a quarter-
turn clockwise to ensure proper connection. I n s e r t the if connector end
(large) o f the monitor cable into the socket located at the rear of the
monitor and turn clockwise until secure. B e sure to confirm that the
7552 switch on the monitor is turned ON.
Confirm that the P O W E R switch at the front panel of the CCU i s turned
OFF , then connect an AC power source that will have a capacity of more
than 100VA. A n AC power source that has a third grounding terminal i s
recommended. I f unavailable, ( i . e . utilizing an AC power source with
only two terminals) connect the ground terminal o f the CCU to the ground
terminal(s) o f other equipment being used.
