8.4 Setting the heating/ventilation time

The fan heater has a timer (32) which allows you to set the running time for the fan heater. The time
can be set between 1 minute and 23 hours 59 minutes.
The procedure for setting the running time is as follows:
Press the
button (16). The hour display flashes.
Set the hours using the "+" (12) and "-" (13) buttons. You can hold the relevant button pressed
down to make the numbers count faster.
Then press the

button (16) again to start the timer (32). The remaining time is indicated on the
display (10).
At the end of the set running time, the fan heater switches off.

8.5 Swivel function

When the fan heater is switched on, the swivel function is always deactivated.
The built in swivel function allows the fan heater to swivel backwards and forwards and distribute
the air flow evenly around the room.
Use the
button (17) to switch the swivel function on or off.
If the swivel function is switched on, the display (10) shows "Osc" (27).

8.6 Frost-guard function

If the frost-guard function is activated, it makes sure that the temperature in a room does not fall
below 7°C. If the room temperature (33) falls to 7°C, the fan heater starts heating and switches off
again when the room temperature (33) reaches 9°C.
To activate the frost-guard function, press the "MODE" button (18) until the display (10) shows
the
symbol.
To deactivate the frost-guard function, press the "MODE" button (18) once. The
disappears and the fan heater reverts to fan mode.

8.7 Overheating protection

The fan heater is fitted with overheating protection which automatically switches off the heating
element in the event of internal overheating. The fan continues running to accelerate the cooling of
the fan heater. As soon as the fan heater has cooled down again, the heating element switches
back on automatically.
