    NÁVOD NA POUŽITIE 7. POPIS FUNKCIE Kompresor (Obr.1, Obr.2) Prístroj pozostáva z bezolejového piestového kompresora poháňaného jednofázovým elektromotorom a zo vzdušníka s príslušnou armatúrou. Agregát kompresora (1) nasáva atmosferický vzduch cez vstupný filter (8) a stláča ho cez spätný ventil (3) do vzdušníka (2). Zo vzdušníka je vedený tlakový vzduch cez výstup hadicou (10) ku spotrebiču.

PODMIENKY POUŽITIA  Prístroj sa smie inštalovať a prevádzkovať len v suchých, dobre vetraných a bezprašných priestoroch, kde sa okolitá teplota vzduchu pohybuje v rozmedzí +5°C až +40°C a relatívna vlhkosť vzduchu neprekračuje hodnotu 70%, pretože inak nie je zaručená bezporuchová práca kompresora. INTERVALY ÚDRŽBY UPOZORNENIE Prevádzkovateľ je povinný zabezpečiť vykonávanie opakovaných skúšok zariadenia minimálne 1x za 24 mesiacov (EN 62353) alebo v intervaloch, ktoré určujú príslušné národné právne predpisy. O výsledkoch skúšok musí byť vykonaný záznam (napr.: podľa EN 62353, Príloha G) spolu s metódami merania.

    BETRIEBSANWEISUNG FUNKTIONSBESCHREIBUNG Kompressor (Bild.1, Bild.2) Das Gerät besteht aus einem ölfreien durch einphasigen Elektromotor angetriebenen Kolbenkompressor und aus einem Luftbehälter mit zugehöriger Armatur. Das Kompressoraggregat (1) saugt atmosphärische Luft über Eingangsfilter (8) auf und drückt sie über das Rückschlagventil (3) in den Luftbehälter (2). Vom Luftbehälter wird die Druckluft über den Ausgang mittels eines Schlauches (10) zum Verbraucher geführt.

    BETRIEBSANWEISUNG NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN  Das Gerät darf nur in trockenen, gut belüfteten und staubfreien Räumen installiert und betrieben werden, wo sich die Lufttemperatur im Bereich von +5°C bis +40°C bewegt, nicht überschreiten, da sonst der fehlerfreie Kompressorbetrieb nicht garantiert werden kann. Der Kompressor muss so installiert werden, dass er für die Bedienung und Wartung leicht zugänglich ist.

    BETRIEBSANWEISUNG (Bild.4) Das Produkt nach Auspackung mit der Basis auf den Boden stellen, Verpackungsteile entfernen, und Fixierteile (X,Y) - Detail A - abnehmen. Den Ausgangschlauch, den Schlammschlauch im Kompressorrückteil in Richtung vom Kompressor weg richten. Handelt sich es um einen Kompressor mit Kasten, auf den Kompressor ist der Kasten so aufzuschieben, dass der Kastenstirnteil zum Kompressorvorderteil zeigt und die Basis durch Kastenbelag umlaufend fixiert wird.

EINSCHALTEN DES KOMPRESSORS (Bild.6) Den Kompressor durch Drehen am Druckwahlschalter (3) in die Position "I" einschalten, der Kompressor beginnt zu laufen und die Pressluft in den Druckluftbehälter zu drucken. Bei Pressluftabnahme sinkt der Luftdruck im Druckluftbehälter unter den Schaltdruck ab, der Kompressor wird eingeschaltet, und der Druckluftbehälter wird mit Pressluft gefüllt.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE INSTALLATION  The appliance must be installed and operated in a dry, well ventilated and dust-free area where ambient temperature is within the range of +5°C to +40°C and relative air humidity does not exceed 70%. Otherwise, failure-free operation of the compressor cannot be guaranteed.
