4. Maintenance Mode

4-1 Menu

All Disklavier models include a Maintenance mode. You can access the mode as follows.

Menu items differ somewhat according to model. The main menu items are as follows.
1. Check current playback conditions. (Check only; no adjustment)
2. Calibrate (to generate new playback tables).
3. Adjust minimum-pressure playback.
4. Check playback-table pass numbers.
5. Adjust keyboard damping data (for playback).
Menu content differs by model, as indicated below.

Includes "TEST PLAY", "PEDAL CALIBRATION", and "KEYBOARD CALIBRATION",
but contents of each vary according to model. Some menu changes were introduced
starting from KMC V1.04.
