Key-drive temperature sensor was
tripped.
(Or sensor is broken or incorrectly
connected.)
PDL THERMISTOR
Pedal temperature sensor was
tripped.
(Or sensor is broken or incorrectly
connected.)
KEY FET ERROR
Key-drive protection circuit was
tripped.
(Caused by FET failure or loss of
80V power.)
PDL CPU DOWN
No communication between PMC
and KMC.
(Problem with PMC system)
KEY DATA TABLE
Key playback table is corrupted.
(Will also occur after board
replacement until initial measure-
ments are taken.)
PDL PARAMETER
Pedal measurement data is cor-
rupted.

replacement until initial measure-

SENSOR DISABLE
One or more keys failed to gener-
ate a hammer-sensor event during
"Sensor measure" or "All key data
measure" operation. This error
occurs only during Maintenance
Mode.
SNS NO CONNECT
No response from sensor at power
on.
LOUD OVERLOAD
Pedal's cumulative current
exceeded the limit value. (Over-
load)
SHIFT OVERLOAD
Meaning

Coorective Action
Wait for temperature to drop before
resuming playback.
Check whether sensor is correctly
connected. (KMC board: CN108)
Wait for temperature to drop before
starting or resuming playback.
Check whether sensor is correctly
connected. (PMC board: CN9,
CN10)
If broken FET on drive board →
Replace the drive board.
If 80V-power loss → Replace fuse
or power unit.
Turn power off and then back on.
Check the PMC ←→ KMC con-
nection.
Replace the PMC board.
Go to Maintenance Mode and exe-
cute the "All key data measure"
operation.
Go to Maintenance Mode and exe-
cute the "Pedal stroke measure"
operation.
Check the connection at the sen-
sor connector.
If this error message appears, the
piano will also play out the bad
keys, in order. Check the hammer
sensors for each of the keys that
are played (using the "Sensor unit
test"). Note that this error may also
occur if key's drive system is bad
(if the drive system was unable to
drive the key.)
Turn power off and back on.
Check connection at sensor con-
nector.
If pedal-stroke has changed from
measured stroke:
Check that sensor positions are
correct, and then carry out the
"Pedal stroke measure" operation.
If pedal is blocked by foreign mat-
ter → Remove the obstruction.
