Thank you for choosing the ECS Photon motherboard. The AF1 Series is the
next generation of high performance main board for AMD CPUs. The AF1
Series adopt VIA's newest KT600 chipset to bring the last in technology to
AMD platform. This main board support AMD Athlon XP/ Sempron / Athlon /
Duron CPUs for superior performance, and offers full compatibility DRAM
Module for DDR400/333/266/200 MHz.
ECS Photon AF1 Series provide end user with server level PCB, which offer-
ing overclocking ability and rock- solid reliability. GigaLAN function supported,
6 channel sound and SPDIF out for the enhanced audio performance. With
full support for AGP 8X, USB2.0 ports and high-speed 1394 ports, 4 serial ATA
channel, which support RAID 0 and RAID 1.
To top it all, the motherboard has a complete set of I/O Ports such as three
channel IDE interfaces, a floppy controller, four high-speed serial port, an
EPP/ECP capable bi-directional parallel port connector, four USB (Universal
Serial Bus) connector, a PS/2 keyboard connector, mouse connector and au-
dio jacks for microphone, line-in, line-out. One AGP slot, five PCI local bus
slots provide expandability for add-on peripheral cards.
This motherboard is ideal for high performance and high quality computer
system.

AF1 Deluxe motherboard: Adopt VIA KT600, VT8237, VT6420, VT6307 &
3COM 3C940 with SATA RAID 0 & RAID 1 (4 SATA ports), GigaLAN and IEEE
1394 function.

AF1 motherboard: Adopt VIA KT600, VT8237, VT6307 & 3COM 3C940 with
SATA RAID 0 & RAID 1 (2 SATA ports), GigaLAN and IEEE 1394 function.
•
AF1 Lite motherboard: Adopt VIA KT600, VT8237 & 3COM 3C920 with SATA
RAID 0 & RAID 1 and 10/100 Mbps LAN function.
