Basic Checks

Verify that the paperwork (traveler sheet, heatsink burn-in sheets, work orders, etc.) all have the same serial
number. Verify also that on the heatsink burn-in sheets, the maximum difference in bias does NOT exceed
2.0mV, and that no single transistor sticks out.
Verify that all the boards are the correct (latest) revisions.
