Solution Check that the shade is installed so the bead chain hangs straight down from the clutch. Problem Shade hangs too low at the top. Solution Cassette Move the stop ball down the front of the chain to allow the shade to move further up.
- Page 18 OPERATION Problem The chain wheel orientation needs to be changed. Solution Change the Chain Guide Orientation Remove the screw Designer ■ Standard Metal and washer from the bracket. Be sure to keep the nut in place. A spare screw has been provided if needed.
