7. Once the 3/4 inch (19 mm) measurement has
been achieved, mark the upper tube on the
out side where the rubber seal protrudes out.
This is marked to ensure the correct position
for the upper tube when drilling the holes
and connecting the upper and lower tubes
(Figure 22).
Note: The rubber seal must protrude out
from the bagger hood.
